Weekly Billing: We will take an initial deposit for the first week of hours and bill every Friday to refill the bank with the number of weekly development hours approved by you in the agreement.
Monitoring and Transparency: Throughout the DFY setup and ongoing IT work, we utilize app monitoring and screenshots to ensure every minute billed is accounted for.
Our billing model is designed to be straightforward and fair, reflecting the value and quality of the services provided.
Upfront Project Total Hours Estimate: We provide you with a detailed estimate of the total cost prior to beginning any work, ensuring transparency right from the start. Our estimates are carefully calculated to accurately reflect the complexity and scope of your project.
Discounted Hours for Exceeding Quotes: We stand by our estimates. If the development process exceeds the quoted hours, we implement a fair billing practice where the hourly rate is adjusted downward. For every percent the project goes over the estimate, we reduce our hourly rate by the same percentage, starting at $100/hr down to a floor of $50/hr. This policy ensures that our interests are aligned with delivering your project efficiently and affordably.
Monitoring and No Refunds Policy: We use app monitoring and screenshot capabilities to ensure full transparency and accountability for every minute billed. As such, all fees for DFY setup and ongoing services are non-refundable. We encourage you to review the live tracking reports available for full visibility into our work.

Challenge Window: Challenges to billed work must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date. We encourage our clients to review the live tracking reports available to them.
Evidence-Based Review: If a dispute arises, we will review the app activity and screenshots related to the billed hours. Valid disputes will result in hours being credited back to your account.
Goodwill Credit: In the case of a successful dispute, we will credit the disputed hours back to your account along with a 20% time bonus as compensation for any delay this may have caused in your project timeline.
