AI Employee Unlimited Self-Activation Guide

Use this guide to enable AI Employee for your HighLevel agency, attach affiliate code massmarketai, and switch selected sub-accounts from pay-per-use to Unlimited ($97/mo per sub-account).

The steps below mirror what you’ll see in HighLevel. You’ll do everything from Agency View → Settings → AI Employee: first enter code massmarketai and your pricing under Manage Your Offer, then use the Select All checkbox and Bulk Actions to enable AI Employee and rebilling for all sub-accounts, and finally use the three dots next to each sub-account to switch the ones you want over to Unlimited.

Step-by-step activation inside HighLevel

Go to Agency View → Settings → AI Employee

Everything for AI Employee Unlimited happens from one screen in Agency View.

  • Click the account switcher at the top left and choose Switch to Agency View.
  • At the bottom left, click Settings.
  • In the Settings menu, click AI Employee.
  • You should see the AI Employee configuration screen with your offer at the top and a list of sub-accounts below.

Click “Manage Your Offer”, set pricing & enter massmarketai

At the top of the AI Employee screen you’ll see your agency’s AI Employee offer.

  • At the top of the Settings → AI Employee screen, click Manage Your Offer.
  • In the Unlimited AI Employee section, set the monthly price you want to charge clients (for example, $297/mo or your preferred number).
  • In the affiliate / referral code field, type massmarketai.
  • Click Save.

This tells HighLevel your Unlimited price and that any Unlimited seats should be credited to affiliate massmarketai so I can support you.

Select all sub-accounts & use Bulk Actions to turn AI Employee + rebilling on

After saving your offer, you’ll see a table of sub-accounts on the same AI Employee screen.

  • Scroll down to the sub-account list on the AI Employee screen.
  • At the top left of the table, click the Select All checkbox to select every sub-account you want AI Employee available on.
  • Click the Bulk Actions button above the table.
  • Choose the option to Turn AI Employee ON for the selected sub-accounts.
  • Run Bulk Actions again and choose the option to Turn rebilling ON for the same selected sub-accounts (so you can bill your clients for AI usage at your own rates).

Now AI Employee is enabled and rebilling is ready on every sub-account you selected. They are still on pay-per-use at this point — the next step is where you flip specific clients to Unlimited.

Use the three-dots menu to switch chosen sub-accounts to Unlimited

You upgrade individual clients to Unlimited directly from this same AI Employee screen — no need to click into each sub-account.

  • Stay on Settings → AI Employee in Agency View.
  • In the sub-account list, find a client you want on Unlimited.
  • On that row, click the three dots (⋮) menu on the right.
  • Choose the option that lets you change their AI Employee plan (for example, “Change plan” / “Upgrade to Unlimited” — wording may vary slightly).
  • In the plan options that appear, select Unlimited AI Employee (the $97/mo plan billed by HighLevel).
  • Confirm the change.
  • Repeat the three-dots plan change for each sub-account you want on Unlimited. Leave others on pay-per-use if you prefer.

That’s it. Those Unlimited upgrades are what HighLevel bills at $97/mo per sub-account and what my team uses to calculate your extra done-for-you hours each month.

After Unlimited is turned on

For every sub-account you switch to Unlimited AI Employee with code massmarketai, HighLevel charges you the standard $97/mo for that AI seat and my team adds 1 done-for-you hour per month dedicated to that client.

We typically use the first hour to fully set up outbound Voice AI, then use ongoing hours to refine prompts, Conversation AI flows, and deeper integrations as your usage grows.
