Complete Agency Transfer Process

⚠️ Before You Begin

Important: You'll need to reconnect Facebook integration and calendars after migration. If you have many sub-accounts with extensive integrations, this process may become complex. It's easier to get a good affiliate before you're in a position where migration is too difficult.

What's Preserved: Everything else will be maintained—including phone setup, conversation history, and all your data. You'll only need to re-integrate calendars and Facebook, along with updating agency branding.

Create Your New Agency

Set up a new HighLevel agency through my exclusive affiliate link using completely new credentials:

What You'll Need (All Must Be New):

A new phone number (cell phone required—you can use someone else's number if they can send you the login code)
A new email address
A new payment method

Note on Phone Number: After your first login with the code, you won't need access to that phone number again for regular logins.

Get Your New Relationship Number

Once your new agency is created, locate your relationship number:

Navigate to your new agency's Settings (bottom of left navigation)
Click on the "Company" tab
Find your relationship number in the top right corner
Copy this number—you'll need it for the transfer

Prepare Your Old Agency for Transfer

Before initiating the transfer, you must prepare each sub-account:

Critical Step: Release the agency sub-account and discontinue all add-on subscriptions before attempting the transfer. The transfer option won't appear unless this is completed.

For Each Sub-Account to Transfer:

Go to the sub-account view in your old agency
Click the three-dot menu (hamburger menu) at the bottom right of the sub-account card
Select "Manage Client"
Release the sub-account and cancel any add-on subscriptions

Initiate the Transfer

Now you're ready to transfer your sub-accounts to your new agency:

Make sure you're logged in as the agency owner in your old agency
From the sub-account view, click the three-dot menu on the sub-account
Select "Manage Client"
In the top right, click "Actions"
Select "Transfer Sub Account"
Enter the relationship number from your new agency
Complete the transfer process

If you don't see "Transfer Sub Account": Verify you're logged in as agency owner and that you've released the sub-account and discontinued all add-ons.
